Citrix Workspace adoption kit

Citrix had just released its latest cloud workspace technology. It allowed people to do their best work from anywhere and on any device. Sounds great, right? The only problem was that our customers' employees didn't know what it was or what they could do it with. And in today's SaaS world, low user adoption means the end of the contract.

So in collaboration with content strategy and design, I concepted and drafted copy for a user adoption kit containing helpful information about what Citrix Workspace is and how it will help employees do their best work from anywhere. The kit included overviews and tutorials, as well as custom desktop backgrounds so people could distinguish between their local and virtual desktops.
