The Citrix Content Strategy team wanted to refresh the way customer stories were told and presented on the website. So I worked with them to rewrite a few existing stories to make them shorter, simpler, and more impactful. These set the example for the way future customer stories would be told. We created stats and subheads for scannability and reframed the story to spotlight customer outcomes instead of the technology.
